This Privacy Policy describes how Colden Raisher ("I", "me") handles information in connection with the website coldenraisher.com and the software tool "Colden Publisher", a private application I built and use to manage my own YouTube channels: Create with Colden (@ColdenRaisher) and The Creative Lens (@TheCreativeLensShow).
Use of YouTube API Services
Colden Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using Colden Publisher you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Who uses Colden Publisher
Colden Publisher is a single-user tool. It runs only on my own computer and is used only by me, on YouTube channels that I own. It is not distributed, sold, hosted or offered to third parties, and it has no user accounts of its own.
What YouTube data is accessed and why
When I authorize Colden Publisher with my Google account (OAuth 2.0), it accesses the following YouTube data for my own channels only:
Video management: uploading my videos, and reading and updating their titles, descriptions, tags, category, thumbnails, caption files, playlists and scheduled publish times.
Comments: posting and pinning my own comment on my own videos.
Analytics: reading my channels' performance reports (views, watch time, average view duration, impressions, click-through rate, likes, comments, subscribers gained) so that I can compare how my titles and thumbnails perform.
Colden Publisher does not access, collect or process any data about viewers, commenters or other YouTube users beyond what YouTube displays publicly on my own videos, and it does not read or manage any channel that I do not own.
How data is stored and shared
OAuth tokens and any data retrieved from YouTube API Services are stored only on my own computer, in files readable only by my user account.
Retrieved analytics are kept locally as part of my editorial notes for as long as they are useful to me and can be deleted at any time.
No YouTube data is transmitted to, stored by or shared with any third party, advertiser or external service, and nothing is sold.
Colden Publisher does not use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising identifiers.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page, which removes Colden Publisher's ability to access YouTube data:
Stored tokens and locally retained data are deleted by removing the tool's configuration folder from my computer. Any request regarding data handled by this tool can be sent to coachcolden@gmail.com and will be actioned within 30 days.
This website
coldenraisher.com is hosted on Wix. Wix may set cookies necessary for the site to function and collect standard web server logs. If you contact me through the site, book a session or join a program, the details you provide are used only to respond to you and provide the service. I do not sell personal information.
